Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you agree to all the tos listed down.
.:Payment:.
-Payment is done with Paypal with invoices.
-Payment is upfront, I can do half before and half after the approval sketch only for pieces over 100+ euro
-Price can change depending on the complexity of the character.
The amount is case by case!
-After the approval of the sketch I’ll finish the piece.
Every edit requested after this phase will have an extra cost depending on the complexity of the requested edit.
-For commissions featuring a character not owned by the commissioner I'll need proof of consent from the character owner.

-I may reject your commission if I don’t feel comfortable with it.
-Ask before, for example I will reject NSFW pieces that includes underage characters, animals, some extreme fetishes and so on.
If you are in doubt always feel free to ask!
-All rights are reserved to me.
I won’t use commission pieces for commercial use, but they may appear in a portfolio.
All the character rights are to their creators and owners.
-Please be patient.
I’m usually a pretty fast worker, but some weeks can be busier and works may take more time than usual.
I’ll gladly keep you updated!
-Due to previous events i don’t do free slots reservations, I’ll reserve the slot only with payment done (the spot in the queue is assigned when the payment is completed, not when first contacted or the invoice is only sent).
-After the ivoice is sent you have 48 hours to settle the payment.
If there's any kind of issue with paying in that amount of time please contact me and let me know, so we can arrange a solution!
If no answers/infos/updates are given I'm free to delete your invoice/slot and make it available for purchase again for other users.
Please remember that the slot is claimed only after the payment is completed, the sooner you pay your invoice the easiest will be to have the first slots!
-Saturday and Sunday are my rest days!
.:About the commissioner:.
-Feel free to upload your commission to your gallery. Just credit me!
You can also repost it how you please,always with credits.
-Feel free to use it in every way (icons and avatars,ecc),just add credit!
-You can’t trace\edit\recolor\make bases out of it.
-You can’t sell in any way your commission (make merchandise out of it like mugs,t-shirts,stickers,ecc).
This includes NFTs, you are NOT authorized to use any of my works (commissioned or not) for NFTs, in any form or shape.
-You can't use my works for AI edits, prompts or everything elese AI related.
-Commercial use can be discussed, but be mindful that the piece will have a different price than regular commissions for personal use, feel free to ask for any info!
-Every finished commission is usually put on my pages. If you want to keep the piece private please let me know!
-NSFW commissions are for 18+ only.
.:Refunds:.
- A full refund can be offered if the piece is cancelled before I start working on it (that means without an approval sketch done).
-A partial refund can be offered if the piece is cancelled at the approval sketch stage(I’ll deduct the sketch price from the full payment).
- If the customer decide to cancel the piece in a more advanced stage (line art\flat color\ecc) no refund will be given.
-A full refund will be given if I’ll have to cancel your commission due to personal issues.

-After the payment is done I’ll work on the approval sketch!
After the approvation of the sketch I’ll finish the commissioned piece.
During the approval sketch feel free to tell me what I should fix or modify.
Requesting edits in amore advanced stage will have an extra cost depending on the complexity of the edit requested.
The commissioner will get a full res file of their commissions without a watermark.
.:Woodburning TOS:.
- prices refer to only one character
- price may rise due to complexity of the character or design requested
-all pieces are done with a pirography pen, white acrylics and coffee to darken some tones.
-due to the nature of these pieces characters will be stylized to match the media used and the shape of the wood discs.
.:Process:.
-After the design and ideas are discussed i will do an approval sketch of the design.
Once approved i'll do a light sketch on the wooden disc, when approved I'll proceed with the woodburning.
IMPORTANT: edits after the start of the burning phase won't be possible, please keep this in mind.
.:Refund Policy:.
-Due to the nature of this kind of commissions I offer a full refund only if I have to delete your slot for personal reasons.
-If a refund requests will be made before the woodburning phase a partial refund will be arranged.
I will keep a 10 euro tax as a refund for materials and time spent.
-Refunds requests after the start of the woodburning phase are not possible.

-Shipping is available both for Italy and International customers!
The price depends from your country, consider this before ordering a piece!
-Italian prices will go from 4 euro for smallest pieces to 9 euro for the largest one.
I'm not responsible for missing or stolen packages, please contact the shipping service for any info
